FCA Staff Member Leadership Board
A Leadership Board is a volunteer advisory board of leaders in a community or region who love Jesus Christ, care about coaches and sports, and recognize the incredible platform that athletics provides to impact their area for Jesus Christ.
Board Members are vital to the success of ministry, and their level of spiritual, physical, and financial engagement is directly correlated to our effectiveness in executing on the bold vision God has put before us.
Therefore, Board Members will be asked to be faithful in prayer, in personal financial engagement and some volunteer support.

FCA Character Coaching
“A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime.” Billy Graham
An FCA Character coach is a volunteer that engages, equips and empowers coaches and athletes, through personal character, leadership and spiritual development.
The Need: The mass media has catapulted sport into a 24/7 worldwide platform of influence. FCA Character Coaches understand the responsibility and see to enter this arena with the sole purpose of ministering to the unique needs of coach and athletes. As a result, the shadow of influence for the gospel of Jesus Christ has grown exponentially as those who play sports at all levels live out their faith in on and off the field!!
